In this workshop attendees will discover practical tools and strategies based on the latest research from Behavioural Science to improve their personal productivity. Attending the workshop will leave you with a better understanding of the reasons why we get overtired, and how to use powerful evidence-based techniques to perform better. The workshop will incorporate these state-of-the-art techniques that will enable learning by discussion and practical exercises.

Alena Rogozhkina, Founder of professional services start up Sonas (thehappinessatworkproject.com). At the core of Sonas is a uniquely designed ‘Better Working Lives’ toolkit, developed through cutting-edge research at the University of Stirling, that has been paired with powerful scientific results from Behavioural Economics.

Alena recently graduated from the University of Stirling with a Masters Degree in Behavioural Science for Management, having previously spent over seven years managing international teams.
